1. General Terms
- Eligibility: By using our website or purchasing products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- Account Responsibility: If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Online Product Sales
- Pricing & Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
- Order Processing: Orders placed through our official website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities ordered.
- Payment: All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other secure payment gateways.
- Shipping & Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but delays may occur due to external factors. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
- Return Policy: Products purchased from PISEN’s official channels can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition, including original packaging and matching serial numbers. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information.
3. Franchise Agreement
- Eligibility for Franchise: To become a PISEN franchisee, you must apply through our official franchise program and meet the necessary eligibility criteria, which will be communicated during the application process.
- Franchise Operations: As a PISEN franchisee, you will be authorized to sell PISEN products both online and offline in your designated region. All franchisees must adhere to PISEN’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Brand Usage: Franchisees are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use PISEN’s trademarks, logos, and branding materials. Misuse of these assets may result in termination of the franchise agreement.
- Product Supply: PISEN will provide franchisees with access to its product line, and you are responsible for maintaining sufficient stock levels. You may only sell PISEN products sourced directly from PISEN or its authorized suppliers.
- Support and Training: PISEN will provide training and ongoing support to help franchisees succeed. This includes guidance on marketing, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the franchise agreement by providing notice, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement. Upon termination, the franchisee must cease all use of PISEN branding and return all remaining stock as directed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the PISEN website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of PISEN. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PISEN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or franchise services. This includes any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the PISEN website or franchise program will be governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in Thailand.
7. Changes to the Terms
PISEN reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
