PISEN products are covered by a limited warranty of 1 to 2 years, depending on the product category.
- 1-year warranty applies to accessories such as cables, audio accessories, and batteries.
- 2-year warranty applies to power banks, wall chargers, and wireless chargers.
Warranty coverage is subject to terms and conditions and applies to manufacturing defects under normal use.
*Screen protectors are not covered by warranty, as scratches and surface wear are considered normal wear and tear.*
You can submit your warranty claim by filling out the Google Form and preparing the following information.

2. Prepare Required Documents Proof of purchase and clear photos showing the product issue.
3. Review & Confirmation Our support team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps.
4. Follow Up Support Approved claims will receive guidance for repair, replacement, or return.
