PISEN products are covered by a limited warranty of 1 to 2 years, depending on the product category.

  • 1-year warranty applies to accessories such as cables, audio accessories, and batteries.
  • 2-year warranty applies to power banks, wall chargers, and wireless chargers.

Warranty coverage is subject to terms and conditions and applies to manufacturing defects under normal use.

*Screen protectors are not covered by warranty, as scratches and surface wear are considered normal wear and tear.*

2. Prepare Required Documents Proof of purchase and clear photos showing the product issue.

3. Review & Confirmation Our support team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps.

4. Follow Up Support Approved claims will receive guidance for repair, replacement, or return.
